TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in Tiptree. They are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Assistant to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team.
The role of the helpdesk Administrator is to assist in ensuring the smooth running and operation of a busy public engineering contract. Keeping up to date with all files, correspondence, invoicing, PPM and KPI duties etc. Your role will be to provide administrative support covering maintenance and general support to the Ops teams as and when required.
HOURS: Monday Friday, 40 hours per week (between 7AM & 7PM, some flexibility).
We can offer hybrid working to an extent, once you are fully trained.
Pay: 24000 Per annum
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Liaise with subcontractor and tenants to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day work.
* Act as a point of contact for engineers.
* Keep relationship with Suppliers and Sub-contractors.
* Update and maintain SharePoint documentation and records.
* Provide back-up support for Helpdesk as required to support business needs
* Reporting
* Auditing of CAFM system
* Respond and action emails in a timely and professional manner.
* Prepare and generate documentation and reports for Management and/or the clients as requested
* Excellent communication skills, including answering telephone calls, communicating with Engineers, Customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors as and when required
* Provide back-up support for Operations, Office and Senior Managers as required to support business needs
* To comply fully with the requirements of the Companys Policies and Procedures
* Obtaining, checking, and uploading statutory certification and engineers worksheets to CAFM system and shared folder
QUALIFICATIONS OR REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
* Previous experience in a similar role is desired
* Proficient IT skills: with the ability to use various computer packages proficiently.
* A professional and courteous manner are always required, along with the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders including senior management, customers, staff teams and clients
* Excellent organisational skills: the ability to manage and organise heavy workloads, prioritising relevant business needs
* Ability to set and achieve targets via effective engagement with stakeholder groups
