Job Title: Secondary School Cover Supervisor

Location: Swindon, UK

Start Date: As soon as possible

Working Hours: 8:20am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday

Salary: £105 - £120 per day (depending on pay scale)

Position Overview: As a Secondary School Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of learning in the absence of regular teachers. You will supervise classes, ensuring a positive learning environment for students and supporting their educational progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher.
Ensure a safe and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
Manage behaviour and maintain a positive atmosphere for learning.
Deliver pre-set work and instructions to students.
Assist students with their learning needs when necessary.Qualifications and Requirements:

Educational experience is preferred.
Experience working in an educational setting is an advantage.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to follow and deliver lesson plans effectively.
Patience, adaptability, and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.Benefits:
