As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow we embrace hybrid working and offer our people the flexibility to work from home for a proportion of their week. We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax .

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant for Eastbourne will include:

Proactively developing new and existing business by identifying and establishing client relationships
Business to business sales call and marketing activities working to targets
Travelling to visit clients for meetings in the Eastbourne area
Working from home in the Eastbourne area with regular team get togethers
Sourcing and recruiting temporary staff
Building relationships with your clients and candidates
