Staffline are recruiting candidates to work as a Production Operative at our client's leading bakery site, in Shaftesbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any students, part timers, anyone wanting to work around school hours and full time workers as we can offer flexibility! if you are wanting to gain new skill and improve your knowledge in production and manufacturing then this is a great opportunity for you.

The rate of pay is £10.71 per hour.

Overtime is paid at a rate of £16.07 per hour.

This is a permanent position offering weekly rotating shifts from Monday to Friday for full time with 8 hour shifts alongside part time availability with 4 hour shifts:

- 6am to 10am
- 6am to 2pm
- 10am to 2pm
- 10am to 6pm
- 2pm to 6pm
- 2pm to 10pm

Full-time and part time with overtime being offered on weekdays and occasionally weekends.

Candidates do not need previous experience, as full training and support will be provided.

Your Time at Work

The responsibilities of a Production Operative include:

- Working on a production line
- Mixing and loading ingredients into the machines
- Decanting finished products off racks
- Ensuring that all food is stored away correctly
- Picking and packing products for dispatch
- Ensuring that your work area and equipment are kept clean and tidy.

Candidates should be self-motivated to learn and grow within their role.

Previous experience is not required as full training will be provided.
