We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our friendly and thriving client based in Hoddesdon. The role is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary depending on experience. The working hours are 7:30am 5:00pm (Monday Friday) with 30 minutes for lunch and the successful candidate will also be required to work 2 Saturday mornings per month from 7:30am 12:00 noon.
Candidates must have a full Drivers Licence (Minimum Category B) and although this role is based in Hoddesdon, you may be required to travel and work at the Hatfield site when required.
Duties include:
* Customer service skills
* Answering phone and taking bookings
* Dealing with customer enquiries
* Answering and responding to emails bookings/enquiries
* Adding bookings to internal software (training given on software)
* Vetting customers for eligibility (training given on eligibility rules)
* Raising agreement paperwork from system
* Checking in & out with customers reviewing damage
* Taking/refunding money with credit cards
* Raising invoices
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience of working within a similar customer service role
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Good IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office and internal databases
* Flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively on own initiative and as part of a team
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Ability to travel to Hatfield site when required
* Must be flexible with working hours and able to work on Saturdays
