Project Manager - Construction/Residential - York

We are working with a Northwest based contractor who are looking for a Project Manager to lead one of their prestigious projects in York. The role is primarily residential and refurbishment. The project is a multi-million new build development and restoration of an historic building.

The role would suit someone from a Commercial build and someone with experience of refurbishment.

Roles, Skills and Qualifications

-Leading the Project, overseeing site management team
-Working with the key stakeholders to ensure the project is progressing
-Developing project programmes
-Client facing, working alongside local authorities
-Organising and Managing sub contractors
-Working alongside commercial and design teams
-Chairing project meetings
-Providing weekly/monthly reports
-SMSTS
-First aid
-HNC/HND in Construction
-CSCS Managers card - NVQ level 6 +
-Previous experience of leading multi million £ construction project
-Driving Licence
-Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
-Any other industry related qualifications would be an advantage
