A reputable housing association in Reading is looking for a Fixed Asset Accountant to join the team in an exciting period for the organisation.

This is a great role for a candidate who has previously worked in housing/property on the Fixed Asset Register, who has made improvements to systems and procedures.

Role:

Accurate maintenance and compliance of the Fixed Asset Register
Improving financial systems, processes and controls
Project work across the business
Supporting colleagues in improving reporting tools

Requirements:

Qualified Accountant (Housing Association/Property experience essential)
Experience of working in Fixed Asset Accounting
Knowledgeable of FRS 102 and UK GAAP
Willing to assist in various projects
