Monday to Friday - 8.30am-17.00pm
Our client is keen to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their team in Swindon on a temporary to permanent basis.
Job Requirements
* Answering the phone
* Maintaining of documentation
* Process, file and archive information.
* Maintaining the in house database.
* Providing any administrative assistance
* Data entry
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to achieve high standards at all times and be able to use initiative and creativity.
* Positive can do attitude, with a desire to exceed expectations.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Good IT/literacy and attention to detail.
* Strong time management skills and ability to take responsibility for own workload
* Good customer service skills
* A professional, approachable nature.
* Proactive approach to problem solving.
