An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a 'Senior Care Assistant' to join my client's team based in Bristol, South Gloucestershire.
They're offering £10.15ph for full time days position for 'Senior Care Assistant'.
They're a residential care home for the elderly, dementia and physical disability. My client is always developing the home and are making improvements so they can maintain a high standard of care for our residents.
I am keen to hear from 'Senior Care Assistants' who feel they can truly make a difference, whilst providing the highest standard of care for their residents. Responsibilities Of A 'Senior Care Assistant':
* Be understanding and patient towards residents and their needs, and encourage, assist and support residents to participate in leisure activities as appropriate to the individual, ensuring their social and emotional needs are met. This also includes escorting residents to outside appointments and leisure outings.
* To be understanding with residents who need assistance with feeding and provide the appropriate level of support and help.
Requirements For 'Senior Carer Assistant':
* 'Senior Care Assistant' with previous Senior Care Assistant experience -Preferably
* NVQ Level 3 In Health & Social Care
* Medication Trained
