About The Role
Ipsos MORI are working in partnership with our client to support the COVID-19 Sampling Study, working in a community setting to gather survey data through swab testing. You will be visiting survey participants, collecting data and supporting them to carry out a self-swab sample.
This is a Casual role and will suit those wanting flexible, part time work. The minimum requirements for the role are a valid UK Driving License, eligible to work full time in the UK, access to a car and a commitment to working a minimum of 4 day per week. Within these hours there will also be evening and weekend work required.
The ideal candidates will have a friendly, professional, service orientated approach, ideally with experience in a customer facing environment. You will be confident to manage your own workload and meet with the general public to explain the survey process and answer queries. You will bring great communication skills, be IT literate, able to accurately report and maintain records within program timescales. No experience necessary as we provide fully accredited training and continued support and development.
Exposure to Field Sales, Door to Door, Canvassing or working with the general public would be of advantage but not essential.
