UK Dealer Direct Sales
Normal place of work home
Willingness to travel UK and Ireland approximately 50% of time
Basic 30-40k plus benefits
Location shown as Birmingham, as it is central, but as above, working from home with travel, so location is flexible.

The Role
Increase the sales of our clients software platform and associated training and consultancy to dealers in the UK and Ireland.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets through a combination of personal prospecting and management of the sales and training team
Identify and implement a sales pipeline that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
Build long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Identify cross product opportunities within our clients wider customer base
Conduct regular reviews with major OEM and dealer accounts
Develop and deliver in presentations to promote the adoption of our clients software platform
The Person
Essential Experience
Successful previous experience as a Dealer Direct Sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
Good business acumen and industry experience
Skills / Abilities Essential
Strong communication skills
Confident presentation delivery
Mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Analytical skills ability to identify trends
