Are you ready to support a winning bid strategy in the competitive world of the UK nuclear industry? This is an opportunity for a dynamic Tender Manager who is innovative, collaborative, and possesses a track record in bid project management.

As a Tender Manager you'll be creating compelling narratives and engaging with stakeholders and business lines to provide the right answers in a timely manner. You'll ensure top-quality bids, focusing upon Pre-Qual and Bid Management where you'll be crafting clear bid schedules and requirements. You'll promote efficient bid collaboration, supervise the bid writing process and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to guide bids through the Governance Process and onto final submission.

More broadly your role will involve actively participating in business development which includes maintaining the CRM system. You'll lead strategy sessions and planning meetings, support partnership discussions and prepare for client interactions. You'll be involved with fostering a culture of success and knowledge sharing, mentoring junior colleagues in bidding skills whilst driving continuous improvement. In short, your role will be pivotal in achieving the company's order intake targets in line with their Medium Term Plan.

You'll need to have:

A proven bid project management track record.
A strong commercial understanding and experience.
