As the Senior Site Manager, you will be the primary leadership figure on site, responsible for managing all aspects of the £100 million industrial project. Responsibilities:

* Supervise the successful execution of a large industrial steel frame project from its inception to completion.

* Lead and coordinate the on-site project team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

* Develop and execute site-specific plans, schedules, and budgets.

* Monitor and oversee project progress, proactively identifying and addressing risks.

* Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.

* Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company protocols.

* Manage comprehensive project documentation and reporting, maintaining meticulous records.

* Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members to facilitate their professional growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Demonstrated track record as a Senior Site Manager overseeing large-scale Industrial construction projects.
