Year 4 Teacher
Location: Primary Academy near Brislington, Bristol
Contract: Full-time, temporary position from April 2024 until the end of the academic year (covering Maternity)
Salary: MPS1- MPS6

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join a well-established team of this popular primary academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that engage and inspire our students. As a Year 4 Teacher, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the holistic development of our students, ensuring they reach their academic milestones while also fostering their social and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities of the Year 4 teacher:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and respected.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to promote a culture of partnership and shared responsibility for student success.
Utilise innovative teaching strategies and resources to enhance the learning experience. Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably within a Year 4 setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
A commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver engaging lessons.
