Servisource is seeking Occupational Therapists on behalf of our clients, who are a leading provider of healthcare services dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for it's service users. Specialising in delivering personalised care that focuses on maximising independence and promoting overall well-being.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to develop individualised treatment plans aimed at improving their ability to perform daily activities and achieve their functional goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Conducting assessments to identify patients' strengths and limitations

* Developing and implementing customised treatment plans

* Providing therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and cognitive function

* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care

* Educating patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment

* Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records

* Keeping abreast with the newest learnings in the field.

* Attending relevant training courses to upkeep CPD.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.

* CORU registration or in process with CORU.

* Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist - 2 years preferred

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

* Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

* Proficiency in using relevant assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
