As a Site Manager for our clients 11 storey, 67 unit residential project, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of the construction process. Your main responsibilities will include:
Project Oversight:
Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction project, specifically focusing on steel frame, SFS, and brickwork cladding phases.
Health and Safety:
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, creating a safe working environment for all site personnel and subcontractors.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures to ensure all workmanship meets industry standards and project specifications.
Subcontractor Coordination:
Liaise and collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain effective communication and project progress.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and any changes in scope.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have: SMSTS /CSSC / First Aid
Proven Experience:
A strong track record as a Site Manager, with a focus on overseeing steel frame, SFS, and brickwork cladding for residential projects. In-depth knowledge of construction methods and best practices related to steel frame, SFS, and brickwork cladding.
Problem-solving Abilities: A proactive and solution-oriented approach to tackle construction challenges as they arise.
Qualifications: A relevant degree or certification in construction management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
