Rapidly growing main contractor based in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their site team for a mixed build and fitout commercial office scheme in Birmingham.

This client is forecasting growth from £30m to £120m turnover within the next 9-12 months and with a range of exciting schemes secured / in the pipeline, this is a fantastic time to join the team and develop with the business as it grows.

The initial scheme is a mixed new build extension / refurb project on an existing commercial office block in Birmingham and consists of a 2-storey structural steel-frame extension accompanied by a full internal refurb and MEP upgrade of the existing 6 floors plus 2 basement floors.

The role would incorporate the management of the demolition, structural steel, facade and roofing packages, so previous experience in steel-frame construction as well as cladding / facade and externals would be beneficial for this opportunity. SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid and Scaffold Awareness would all be requirements and Asbestos Awareness would also be beneficial.
