Jigsaw Specialist Recruitment are working with a market leading and award winning organsisation in this exciting new role. You will be an enthusiastic Payroll expert who is used to working with a managed payroll service provider. As the Payroll Specialist you will ensure that all relevant information is gathered and relayed to the external provider in an efficient manner. This is an integral position where you will be responsible for overseeing payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution while staying compliant with regional regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Manage payroll queries, looking into the cause of any issues or errors.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure that payroll data is accurate and up to date.
* Produce reports on payroll data for management and Finance.
* Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures.
* Ensure accurate data is collated and passed to the external payroll provider.
