This award-winning residential developer are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee a multi phased residential project near Lydney. Duties include both subcontract and, cost reporting, tender preparation and the management of orders, invoice queries and variations.

In the role you will be supported by the senior management and work closely with the site teams. Applicants will ideally have experience working for a developer or contractor on new homes projects in a similar capacity

The project has a minimum of 4 years work and the role comes with an excellent salary and package as well as remote working two days a week
