We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a partnering school in Shrewsbury.

Within the large school with many opportunities for students and staff, the role is a full-time position, commencing from Easter until the end of the academic year, providing an exciting opportunity for a skilled educator to make a significant impact in the lives of their students.

Pay Scale MPS/UPS

Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the Key Stage 3 & 4 Maths curriculum
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to participate and succeed. Manage behaviour effectively, adhering to school policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Maths department and across other subject areas to share best practices, resources, and strategies for enhancing teaching and learning outcomes.
Establish and maintain effective communication with parents and guardians
Contribute to the wider school community by participating in extracurricular activities, such as after-school clubs, revision sessions, or educational trips, as appropriate.
