Excel Resourcing is currently recruiting for a Parts and Repair Cost Estimator
to work on a permanent role for our esteemed client based in Telford.

The role:

* Invoicing and controlling depot work-in-progress.

* Checking system to ensure campaigns are completed and costed correctly.

* Work within credit control policy and procedures

* Carry out, retail, repair & maintenance, and internal costing as per company standards.

* Supply fully priced estimates of repairs required and ensure work is authorised where required.

* Audit job cards, associated service documentation and customer defect procedures for accuracy and adherence to internal and external procedures

* Assist in achieving depot KPIs in relation to efficiency, WIP targets, recovery rates and invoice lead time.

* Achieve sold hours in line with current produced hours and set targets.

* Resolve and assist in invoice queries and other administration duties when required.

* Ensure all customer complaints are escalated to the Manager, ensuring quick resolution.

* Maintain Dealer Operating Standards within department to a high standard.

* Liaise with insurance companies for body shop repairs and authorisation.

* Comply with company health, safety, and environmental policies always.

* Contacting customers and obtaining order numbers as required

The Candidate:

* experience within a similar environment

* Effective communication

* Strong IT skills

* Attention to detail.

* Awareness and understanding of commercial vehicle service, parts operations and repairs.

* The ability to organise work on own initiative and work under pressure.

* Excellent customer service skills

* Commitment to providing a high-quality service.

* Ability to actively seek solutions to problems.

08:30 17:30

Working Days:

Monday to Friday

Salary:

Up to 28 k Per Annum
