Mechanical (Plumbing & Heating) Project Manager Required***

Location: Leeds, UK

Start date: ASAP

Role: Permanent

Salary: £50,000 - 60,000pa + Car Allowance + Company Benefits (DOE)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager to join my client's team. The main purpose of the role is to manage commercial, Industrial & residential Plumbing & Heating contracts and manage engineers on a daily basis.

Your role:

Design Oversight: Collaborate with consultants to review and ensure designs meet project specifications, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
Contractor Management: Lead and coordinate with contractors, ensuring the successful execution of HVAC and Piping components of the project, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
On-site Presence: Overseeing day-to-day activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth progress of the HVAC and Piping on this project.
Project Coordination
Budget and Schedule Adherence: Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources, implementing corrective measures as needed to ensure the success of the HVAC and Piping projectsYour expertise:

Project managing HVAC contracts
Managing Health & Safety matters.
Auto cad design systems
Estimating commercial/industrial & residential projectsYour qualifications:

SMSTS
Gas Safe registered (preferred but not essential)
CSCS registered
Health & Safety
Full Driving licenseThe successful candidate will have the opportunity within the company to progress their career to Director level. My client will support in career development through current Industry training courses.
