Position: PA to CEO
* Salary: £22,500 per annum (depending on experience)
* Location: Broxbourne, Herts
* Contract: Permanent, Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
* Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Our client is a unique and entrepreneurial run social enterprise who are passionate about providing comprehensive welfare services for vulnerable children and young people across the UK.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to pursue a career as a PA reporting to the founder and CEO of a successful Social Enterprise organisation, which is a well-established and fast growing company where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for providing the provision of efficient and effective support to the CEO as well as supporting with general administration duties and assisting with the day to day running of the company. This is a new role, which is ideal for a highly organised and dynamic individual. Ideally you will have some previous experience working in an administrative position and looking for the next step in your career.
Duties and Responsibilities
Providing executive assistance to CEO
Diary management
Travel management
Arranging Meetings
Oversee any shared inboxes
Preparation of documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Provide general administrative support
Expense/credit card reconciliation
Support organization of team events/offsites
Complete any reasonable and lawful instruction related to work and given by an authorized person
Person Specification
Education
GCSE/A-LEVELS or Equivalent
Tertiary education: Secretarial or Administrative certificate would be preferred
Knowledge
Computerliterate with strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Competent and effective user of IT
Experience and Skills
Previous experience working in a Administrative role
Highly skilled and competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience in Teams
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good Typing speed advantageous
Desired Attributes:
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to research
Aptitude for helping other people
Be punctual
Handles all confidential financial and personal information appropriate
