Zest4Talent are excited to be recruiting for a National Account Executive for a growing business services company based in Dereham, Norfolk.

A competitive basic salary of £26-30k is on offer with an opportunity to earn £40k in your first year with bonuses based on personal and team performance. This is an office based role and your hours of work will be 8am -5pm Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will have some account management or customer service experience within a fast paced and dynamic working environment. You will have proven experience of client retention and customer management. A keen eye for spotting opportunities to increase your portfolio by upselling products and services. To fit in with the existing team you will have a positive and upbeat approach with a focus on continuous personal development. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise confidently via the phone, MS Teams and email to your client base and internal stakeholders.

Reporting to the Head of National Accounts your key objective will be nurturing and growing your portfolio by offering additional services in line with the customer needs.

The National Account Executive role will include:

* Supporting the National Accounts Team to achieve their sales targets based on retention and growth

* Monitor accounts metrics and analysing market trends to identify opportunity for growth

* Review Customer feedback to ensure optimum service levels are being achieved.

* Develop strategies to improve customer feedback and create opportunities for account growth

* Negotiating pricing and service requirements for additional services offered to your existing client portfolio
