Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor.
Location: Dartford, Kent.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £35k + Training + Benefits

We are working closely with a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy who have a strong presence in the South East. They are now looking to take on an Asbestos Surveyor to join their continuously growing team. You will be working on Commercial, Industrial, and Healthcare sites; undertaking asbestos surveys in line with HSG 264 guidelines. This role is an ideal opportunity to join a medium sized company with a more family feel. Experience & Qualifications:
" Must hold the BOHS P402 (minimum)
" Experience working as a surveyor for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy is essential to the role.
" Familiar using TEAMS / TRACKER.
" In depth knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines.
" Will have professional communication skills.
The Role:
" Working on a varied site base, carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" Sampling of ACMs, ensuring to bag and label correctly prior to sending for analysis.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Using industry relevant systems to gather information to produce reports (TEAMS / TRACKER)
" Liaising with clients professionally, providing excellent consultancy advice.
