Location Folkestone, Kent
Salary - £34,000 - £39,000 per annum
12-Month Maternity Contract

We have an exciting new role with a media client of ours, based in Folkestone. The client specialises in PPC, social media, SEO, and content marketing, working alongside big names across all industries to increase engagement and revenue.
Responsibilities
* Translate clients' business goals into a clear strategy using our model which considers our holistic approach as well as identifies KPIs so we can measure success
* Oversee external KPI targets and ensure they are met monthly, being accountable for performance
* Oversee external KPI targets of your Strategic Account Managers, ensure they are met monthly, being accountable for performance
* Collect and analyse metrics to provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams. Ensure that the strategy is correct and that the tactics deployed by the Pod teams are moving the needle
* Client communication from team recommendations to requests from the clients themselves, ensuring they meet best practices and align with their digital strategy and goals
* Create strategic digital roadmaps to achieve buy-in with any or all client contacts needed
* Delivering Business Reviews that consider opportunities for cross-channel collaboration
* Meet with clients in person and build relationships with Senior stakeholders
* Support client strategy development for clients your Senior Account Managers are responsible for
Skills and Experience
* A passion & aptitude for Digital Marketing
* MUST have previous experience working within a Marketing Agency
* You expect excellence in every interaction between SGM and our clients
* Results-driven
* Google Analytics & Google Ads certied
* Experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, AWR and Google Search Console
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Proven organisational skills, allowing you to plan and present detailed proposals and deliver campaigns on time and within budget
* Proven track record managing client requirements. This includes both planning and managing multi-disciplinary campaigns, and also ad-hoc work
* A team player, happy to collaborate with the rest of the team to create multi-discipline campaigns
* Can support the creation of sales collateral as required & attend relevant pitch meetings
