We are selling our lovely static caravan - 2 bedrooms (+ living room sofa bed =sleep 6) - 2 bathrooms - kitchen and living room area currently situated in Rockley Park, Poole.

This is an on-site selling, so you don't have to move the caravan, just to take over the contract with Rockley Park. The contract can be renewed as many times you'd like, as Haven's don't have any age limit for their caravans (as long as they are in good usable condition), or you could take it away somewhere else if you wish.

Haven's Rockley Park is probably one of the best holiday parks in Dorset with loads of entertainment activities, inside and outside pools, bars, etc, The site is open from 1st of March to 1st of December and the ground fees are £10,000/year.

The caravan is ideally placed on one of the best pitches on site with only a 3 minutes walk to pools and entertainment venues or 5 minute walk to the beach.

In the annual fee you will also get 2 VIP owner cards +10 family/friends cards that will allow you to take up to 6 people for each card, the whole year, as many times as you want, for FREE to: *Entertainment venues (x2) *Inside pools *Outside pools *50% Discount prices for any activities on site *15% discount to any restaurant or shops on site. *access to events and parties only for owners *access to the owners only restaurant; where the food and drinks are considerably cheaper than the rest of the site *access to the inside and outside owners only pools(which feel very private and away from the noisy tourists)
