Electrical Design Engineer MEP

Information on the role

* Develop detailed Electrical MEP system designs for Commercial & Industrial properties using CAD; systems include HVAC, Plumbing, & Fire protection systems

* Conduct project estimates for said MEP projects

* Advocate for renewable energy solutions in the MEP designs

* Projects vary from between £50K - £2million in value

* Collaborate with Architects, Structural Engineers & stakeholders as to integrate systems seamlessly

* Monitor project costs & identify potential cost-saving opportunities

* Engage with clients, understanding their needs & explaining the benefits of Renewable Energy incorporation

What wed like from you

* Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

* Proficient in AutoCAD

* Proven Electrical Design Experience & Estimation within MEP projects

* Experience working on projects varying between £50K - £2million

* Strong analytical skills

* Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
