Senior Electronics Engineer

Lynx is representing a rapidly growing company in Bristol, seeking an innovative Senior Electronics Engineer to join a team developing next-generation detection and sensing systems. You will play a leading role evolving cutting-edge products from concept through production.

You Will:

* Drive analog and mixed-signal circuit design, analysis, prototyping and testing

* Define and execute technology roadmaps, research, system architecture

* Lead projects and cross-functional engineering teams

* Collaborate with software, production and field teams

* Mentor and develop junior engineers

* Author documentation, interface with customers

We Require:

* Degree in electronics engineering or equivalent

* 8+ years hands-on hardware development experience

* Specialization in analog IC design, instrumentation, test philosophy

* Leadership: strategising, directing projects, motivating teams

* Programming: Python, MATLAB preferred

* Creative problem-solving, fast learner, passion for innovation
