We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager on a full-time permanent bases.

The working hours are Monday to Friday (8-5 flexibility is key due to break downs in the factory.

Starting from £43,000 to £50,000 depending on experience and qualifications

We are looking for someone who is electrically biased with 17th or 18th edition.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Manager. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to ensure the successful development and integration of software systems and projects. Its a hands on role, minimum 60% on tools.

Duties

To prioritise and manage the engineering workload / activities for the site and delegate duties to subordinates for best efficiency.
Ensure all plant, equipment and systems are maintained with suitable and sufficient protection as defined by legislation.
To detect and rectify any issues in a timely manner, which affects the performance / safety of plant or equipment.
Develop and deliver a cost-effective engineering stores system.
Ensure all necessary daily records and paperwork is completed in a timely manner as required by the company.
Liaise with Senior Management Teams with any reasonable requests.
Be accountable for ensuring all machinery and plant is working to optimum speed all of the time, with minimal disruption to production
