Day-to-day tasks will include:
Efficiently managing a shared email inbox
Responding to customer queries via email using templates
Assisting customers with inquiries related to online orders
Escalating any complex requests
Utilising Salesforce, a leading customer relationship management tool
Upholding a consistently high level of service with every customer interactionThe ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in customer service or administration
IT Proficiency including Microsoft Office suite
A proactive and adaptable approach to work
Fluency in an additional European language is a plus, though not mandatoryWhy You Should Apply:
