A varied and exciting opportunity has become available with our client based in Woking. Our client is looking for a Technical Facilities Supervisor to assist Management on the daily operations of the building.

The Technical Facilities Supervisor will:

Maintain and provide the effective management of internal systems and procedures

Assist with the delivery of service of CCTV operations for the building

Liaise with the Mechanical and Electrical building needs

Health and Safety management

Support with the Wellbeing for all visitors of the estate

Liaise with sub contractors at the premises including tenants and any visitors

Act as deputy manager during holiday cover periods and occasional rota' d weekend shift pattern

Provide operational planning and solutions

Exceed when it comes to providing excellent client service

The ideal candidate will have:

Confidence in managing people under pressure

Excellent problem solving skills with a self starter attitude

Health and Safety or Facilities experience

Strong leadership skills

Good MS Office package experience
