Our client is looking for multiple Team Leaders to join their service. These are all Permanent placements that offer a great amount of support with progression opportunities. They have ambitious improvement and transformation plans to create optimum conditions within their service which their staff can make a real difference and improve outcomes for children.

Requirements of you as the Team Leader:

Dip SW/CQSW/Social Work Degree and current SWE registration
Experience in leading a team to improve services
Ensure statutory duties and best practice is followed, youll develop a team plan in line with Childrens Services strategic objectives and provide management oversight
A full UK driving licence
DBS clearance
Authority to work in the UK
Salary: Team Manager £49,498 - £51,515
