An opportunity has arisen for a Regional Manager, to oversee domiciliary services and an extra care service for vulnerable older adults with a wide range of needs. This includes adults with mental health problems and physical disabilities.

As a Regional Manager, your focus will be to achieve an excellent result for your services and provide support to Registered Managers and Service Managers.

Regional Manager Role
* As the Regional Manager of the domiciliary care services and extra care service, you will manage business performance and ensure effective strategic planning and management for business growth.
* Utilise technology and effective business systems to increase efficiencies of operations.
* As a proactive, passionate and strong Regional Manager, you will work to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services consistent with the expectations and preferences of service users, their NOK, CQC commissioners and ensure a good standard of Quality Assurance.
* As a Regional Manager, you will share the values of the charity and want to make a real difference to peoples lives.
* You will manage and work closely with the highly skilled domiciliary care team who are at the heart of the delivery of the services.
* As an experienced and enthusiastic Regional Manager, working with adults with varying health needs, you will be an integral part of the management team and the effective and safe delivery of our person-centred and culturally sensitive domiciliary care and extra care services.
* You will have strong leadership and communications skills and an ability to influence, engage and motivate at all levels.
Regional Manager Skills/ Attributes
Diploma Level 5 Health and Social Care
Experience in managing domiciliary or supported living services for older adults with mental health problems
