Recsure Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator on a full time contract for a company based local to the Wellington area in Telford. This would be on a ongoing contract with potential to go permanent after an extended period of time:
Responsibilities:
- Carry out all administration in relation to processing orders, ensuring accurate accounting, documentation and according to company processes and procedures.
· Deal with any face to face customer enquiries and associated cash sales.
· Ensure supplies are distributed promptly and efficiently.
· Maintain appropriate accounting and reporting procedures in relation to all company monies and stock.
· Ensure security of company cash, stock and property.
· Carry out all administration required.
· Adhere to company service standards, procedures and ways of working.
· Supporting transport administration input, ensuring correct documentation and facilitating effective communication to the local and wider teams.
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Exceptional customer service/ admin and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to communicate with people across all levels of the business.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Accuracy and a keen attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- The ability to work at a fast pace and to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills
- The ability to work under pressure.
