Monday Friday (8am 5.30pm) / 1 in 2 Saturdays (8am 1pm)
Our client, based in Canterbury, is on the lookout for a candidate who would like to enter the motor trade as a Trainee Service Advisor. Duties & Responsibilities:
* Greeting and liaising with customers.
* Answering the telephone.
* Informing all customers of the Workshop progress, keeping them updated at all times.
* Explaining detailed work carried out on the vehicles.
* Taking payments and raising invoices.
* Communicating with the workshop and sales departments.
* Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
Your Background & Skill:
* No experience within the motor trade is needed as this is a trainee role.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to work well within a team.
* UK Driving Licence.
* Excellent customer service skills.
