Onsite Account Manager Industrial Sector Recruitment. A talented recruitment onsite account manager is needed to join a great team to oversee a key client in the Ipswich area for a managed services provider. This is a hands-on role, managing fulfilment of staffing requirements across a key site and smaller sub sites. This is an operational role where you will be present on the processing shop floor for a large proportion of your working day to ensure safety, performance and support is provided to both the workers and the clients.
About you:
* You will be a skilled and experienced onsite recruiter or key account recruiter focused on service for both your clients and your candidates
* You will be great at communicating and people management
* A resilient and calm person who can handle a challenge and positively lead others
* You will have worked in the industrial or driving or engineering sector as a servicing recruiter
The role:
* Oversee performance results, challenges of staffing
* Daily briefing meetings with clients management team and supervisors
* Fulfilment and performance review meetings
* Sourcing applicants alongside the team
* Liaising with management of site to ensure training, safety and compliance
* Forecasting and planning headcount and solutions
* Screening shortlisted candidates face to face and interviewing alongside the team
* Assessing and inductions of site, safety and compliance
* Manage basic HR such as disciplinaries
* Manage rotas and holidays.
* Health and safety records
* Team development and training
