Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
My client is recruiting a Conveyancing Assistant for our busy high street practice in Aylesbury.
The ideal candidate
While having previous Conveyancing experience is desirable and preferred. It is not essential as full training will be provided.
Will have a bright, warm and engaging personality with a positive attitude and be someone who is organised and calm under pressure.
Will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous use of Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
Duties and responsibilities will include;
Providing administrative support to our Conveyancing Department dealing in all matters relating to residential and commercial conveyancing.
Answering phone calls
Typing from dictation
Submitting of Land Registry and Stamp Duty Applications
Diary management
Meeting and greeting clients and other general office duties.
