Our client has a permanent vacancy for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their small but busy team.
You will work across a mix of legal matters including litigation, probate and a bit of corporate work so if you like variety this could be just what you are looking for.
The Role & Responsibilities:
Specific:
* To produce written documentation including letters, emails and documents as required by Fee Earner
* To answer incoming calls quickly and to deal with them in a professional manner
* To assist the fee-earner in diary management
* To efficiently control filing
* To locate and extract information as required by the fee-earner
* To undertake copying, collating, binding of documents and associated work
* To undertake telephone contact with clients and potential clients
Skills Required:
* Legal secretarial experience
* Excellent typing skills
* Good organisational skills
* Professional telephone manner
* Experience of and ability to deal with clients
* Good IT skills
