Job Role

The team are currently working with one of the UKs leading M&E contractors who are working for some of the most prestigious Tier 1 contractors such as Overbury, Mace, Lendlease and ISG.

They are looking for an Mechanical Project Manager to join the business on their commercial sector.

Duties

* Reporting into a Operation Manager

* Attendance of meetings on-site and in the office

* Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time

* Dealing with sub - contractors

* Responsible for Mechanical teams such as Managers & Supervisors.

* Reporting into clients, keeping the client up to date with progress reports

* Demonstrate experience in design review and working with the site team to clarify any queries prior to installation

Requirements

* SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed

* Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred

* Has experience within commercial projects

* Previous experience as a mechanical project lead

* Stable CV

* Must live within a good commute from Cambridge

* Understanding of the commercial aspect of construction
