My client are a UK Manufactuer of Bifold doors & windows.

The Role - Factory / Production Manager

My client are seeking an experienced Factory Manager for their bifold doors/windows and aluminium manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a production team, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining a high level of quality control.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee all aspects of production operations, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating manufacturing activities

* Manage a team of production staff, including training and evaluating performance

* Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency

* Monitor production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity

* Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and meet quality standards

* Strong leadership and communication skills

You will need to have worked in a previous Factory / Production Manager role within the aluminium industry (preferably bifold doors/windows, however aligned elemets will be considered)
