Member Engagement Project Manager
One of the top four primary, UK based Engineering Institutions has a fantastic opportunity for two Member Engagement Project Managers to join this organisation at an exciting time of positive change. This charity supports their members in applying their expertise and experience to make an influential contribution to solving major global challenges.
Based in their head office in Rugby, we are looking for two, permanent, full time, dynamic Member Engagement Project Managers to guarantee outstanding service delivery for their diverse range of member committees and groups.
The role of Member Engagement Project Manager will take a lead on formalising operations, and ensuring compliance with governance requirements and legislation. You will also be working on innovation and continuous improvement in the service that is being provided to the membership.
The Member Engagement Project Manager will be:
* Providing the highest degree of professionalism when liaising with high-profile external stakeholders such as Trustees, committee and group Chairs.
* Providing the highest quality of service delivery, you will be a key contributor to achieving the charities strategic goals.
* Delivering a confident, competent professional service in person, virtually or in written correspondence.
* Drawing on exceptional time management and proficient project management skills to support a large number of groups across a global membership
* Ensuring adherence to SOPs, processes, and key documentation, including identifying opportunity for continuous improvement and efficiencies.
* Working alongside internal teams, with our member groups and committees, and other external stakeholders to achieve exceptional service delivery and standards.
Our ideal candidates will:
* Be a fresh Business Management graduate (or a similar relevant degree) with a small amount of work experience OR
* Have in excess of 5 years' relevant work experience (or working towards a relevant professional qualification in business management, project management, customer service management or similar)
You will be able to demonstrate:
* Project management skills including: planning, time and task management, change management, adaptability, risk management
* Attention to detail and have the ability to provide solutions not problems
* That you can be calm under pressure and enjoy working to governance procedures, updating and standardising company material and member support documents
* Budget management experience & a commitment to robust evaluation and evidence of impact reporting
You must be willing to regularly attend and participate in events outside of normal office hours. You will also be required to liaise with colleagues located in different time zones on a regular basis to meet the needs of the business. This is a permanent, full-time role based on 37.5 hours per week, generally Monday Friday, but flexibility will be required to meet business needs.
Salary - £31-35K (depending on experience) plus excellent benefits and major career progression. Ambitious individuals only please! *HYBRID WORKING
