Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor North Yorkshire - Outside IR35

* Immediate start available on a major infrastructure project in North Yorkshire for a blue-chip contractor

* Managing approx. £15m worth of work

* NEC4 Option C contract

* Reporting to an on-site Commercial Manager, the role will include managing sub-contractors, forecasting, managing change, and liaising with operational staff, management and the client.

* Experience on civil engineering schemes and NEC contracts is required

* Hybrid working with 3 days a week on site minimum

* Outside IR35
