Role: Customer Services Assistant

Location: Loughborough

Salary: £12.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:45am 4pm occasional Saturday mornings 9am 12pm on a rota basis.

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client based in Loughborough town centre, our client is a well-established financial services organisation who pride themselves on offering excellent customer service in a friendly, small team and seeking a Customer Service Assistant to work in branch.

The ideal candidate will be customer focussed with a positive, can-do attitude and ideally have experience in a customer facing role.

Role profile:

* To carry out all customer account related administration

* Providing an efficient, effective, accurate and professional service to all internal and external customers

* Adhering to all in-house compliance, policies and procedures

* Carrying out customer requests and transactions

* Accurately scan and file customer documentation

* Working flexibly as part of a team

* Helping other areas of the business as and when required

Person profile:

* Excellent customer service skills, coupled with strong administration skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to plan and organise work effectively

* Team worker but ability to use initiative

* Good attention to detail

* Experience in providing customer service by phone, email, letter and office environment

Desired criteria:

* Previous experience working within a financial company or associated industry would be advantageous

* Previous administration experience

* Previous customer service experience
