My client a hospitality company and a leader within their industry are looking for an EPoS Administrator to join the team.
The EPoS (electronic point -of -sale) system (tills, app, QR code)supports the operation within the retail units and provides financial and other information to Head Office
Main responsibilities:
Providing a first point of contact for IT queries from the retail units
Resolving issues from retail units and Head Office
Updating and maintaining data in the EPoS database
Co-ordinating requests for new and replacement hardware
Configuring promotional launches on EPoS systems (tills; app; QR code)
Supporting IT and business projects
The successful applicant will
Have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Have attention to detail.
Have a good organisational and administrative ability.
Be PC literate.
Worked within an environment with a high content of telephone calls.
If had experience within hospitality would be an advantage
Core hours: 37.5 (flexible to work between 7am and 6pm, Monday-Friday, with additional weekend and occasional bank holiday work arranged on a rota basis, organised in advance)
