Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be working with one of the UK's leading property consultancies on the appointment of an experienced Graduate Town Planner to their office in Chester. This is a full-time position.

The company has many offices across the UK and has a high number of Directors / Board members who have been promoted from Graduate Town Planner level. The Planning Team is known for their ambitious, energetic and enthusiastic people and the business can offer the opportunity to work on some of the UK's most important and high-profile projects.

This particular team specialise in the leisure sector and so candidates can expect to work with a range of clients in rural and coastal regions on projects such as glamping pods, touring caravan, static holiday caravan sites, luxury lodge parks, mixed holiday uses and park home estates.

Job Requirements

-RTPI accredited degree (2:1 or better)

-Planning experience that can come from the public or private sector (perhaps from a year in industry placement or be currently employed)

-Enthusiastic and driven approach

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills

-Attention to detail

-Valid driving license and access to a car
