Nexus Resource Solutions are working in partnership with an industry leading manufacturer in the Bellshill area.

Due to continued success, we are currently looking for Mechanical Fitters on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for Mechanical Fitters to work on unique bespoke machines used in many engineering settings.

Please note: These roles are permanent, but the client likes to take candidates on through the agency during the probation period of 12 weeks. If this is an issue, please mention this at application and we can look at accommodating for the right candidate.

The Role:

You will be working in a heavy engineering environment assembling and fitting components and building from CAD drawings. Candidates need to be able to read and work from CAD drawings.

Experience:

Were ideally looking for Mechanical Fitters from a workshop assembly background. Youll be fitting motors, pipework, fabrications, pneumatics, hydraulics and bearing. Its heavy machine build type work, so looking for candidates with good bench fitting skills.

The Hours/Remuneration:

* £16.62ph basic (32,841)

* Potential to earn up to 20% bonus

* With overtime and bonus earning around £40k a year is achievable

* Company pension scheme

* 38hr week

* Monday-Friday

* Half day on Friday

* Plenty overtime paid at x1.5 and x2
