Due to continuing business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join our team and carry out a variety of electrical duties in schools, care homes and the social housing sector throughout Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.
Your prime responsibilities will be undertaking electrical installation condition reports, associated remedial works, planned and reactive works across a range of environments.
The ideal candidate will -
· Be capable of working within a team
· Be capable of working upon their own initiative
· Ability to use tablets to complete documentation and test reports
· Willingness to train apprentices within the company
· Have completed a recognised electrical apprenticeship
· Hold 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
· Have experience in testing, inspection, and maintenance of electrical installations and hold City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent
· Have an appropriate knowledge of health and safety legislation
· Have the ability to co-ordinate and prioritise work and meet deadlines as an individual or supervising others
· Demonstrate a high level of customer care
· Competence in written, oral and electronic communication and record keeping
· Possess a current valid driving licence.
