Are you an Engineer looking for the next step in your career and to have the opportunity to lead and develop a dedicated team of service engineers while having no requirement for a call out and earning £55,000 within your first year?

Our client has well over 15 years of experience within the industry and can boast some of London and Kent's most prestigious commercial and industrial sites. The 25 strong team are now looking to add a Lead Engineer to their service team due to the rapid progression of the company.

You will be required to lead service, pre-planned and reactive maintenance of VRV, VRF and multi-split systems within various commercial sites such as HS2 sites, PureGyms and other large commercial sites within the M25. Additionally you will be tasked with developing the team, growing it and leading various training courses.
