Anderson Knight are recruiting a Reward Business Partner for our national client with an office based in Glasgow. This full be a full time, permanent position with a hybrid working model. The purpose of this role is to assess, develop and implement reward procedures, policies and processes ensuring that these as competitive, fair and compliant.
Duties & Responsibilities
You will be expected to delivery and improve on rewards such as pay reviews, bonus schemes, performance management and any incentive schemes.
Ensuring throughout the business the Pay & Reward scheme maintains fairness and consistency.
Responsible for the day to day management of budget and contracts regarding pay & Rewards
Support and manage all Executive Reward activities including Long Term Incentives
Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Collaborate with HR to ensure that reward programs align with company policies and regulations.
Monitor and report on compensation trends and provide recommendations.
Work with key stakeholders to analyse and evaluate existing reward programs to identify areas for improvement and ensuring they align to business needs.
Deliver annual year end reporting and activity also including gender pay gap reports
Key Qualifications, Experience and Skills
You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
An excellent understanding of HR policies and procedures
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Previous experience with salary frameworks including benefits and rewards is essential
You must be up to date with market and industry knowledge
Strong IT skills is essential including advanced excel skills
Be able to build good strong working relationships across the business
You must be able to influence change where necessary
